Info from youtube: Michael Salloum, 45, better known in the music world as Soca Elvis, plans on launching one of his three top songs for C2K9 at the finals of the Chutney Soca Monarch. Salloum said it was a toss-up between The Drunkard of the Party or Dhoti and Love up. This is his third year to the finals. In 2007 he entered with Chutney Wine; in 2008 he placed third and won the Peoples Choice award with Monica. Salloum said being in the finals was a big achievement for him. He said the competition would be hot this year but he was in the event to enjoy himself and have a good time.
