Hey, I recently got this tune with Patrice Roberts. She has had big tunes the last years with Sugar Boy 2007 and Band of the Year with Machel Montano 2006. This one is a catchy & fast club tune. I would definitely classify it as Synthpop and then sub classify is as Future pop. This is one of the reasons why I love soca; the artists are always pushing the boundaries forward. The tune doesn’t really have the classic soca riddim and the lyrics are about how she is eager for the love of somebody special. It’s very catchy and I really wish that it will mash up the place. I wonder who has produced it? Anybody that knows?
